Hello readers, welcome to the latest news here at Newson Engineering... week ending 1st June 2012.

Well the month of may proved to be an interesting one with the season well and truly kicking off for some, we have also managed some good servicing works on a couple of new yachts to our portfolio, we welcome the chinese built trawler "Tiama" upon which we have serviced her two Cummins main engines & gearboxes, her Northern Lights lugger generator &  her hydraulics. We have also serviced the Kohler generators on "Jurata" a Riva Opera. We have fitted new motors, hydraulic pumps, AC controllers & toilet electro-valves & carried out diagnostics on the Trac stabilisers on Justeni down in Calvi, Corsica. We have also carried out plumbing repairs on Salu, Geni & Cheeky Tiger to name but a few. We have most recently started work on the fuel injection system on some Man engines on another new yacht in our numbers, a Moonen by the name of "Happy Daze", we are also scheduled to carry out some work on a yacht we did some work on a while ago "Sea Raider".
